Named after a water mammal that knows the importance of a dry airway, the Minke snorkel by Aqua Lung Sport is an excellent choice when searching for a dry snorkel. The snorkel keeps water away from the breathing tube both above and below water. Above water, the splash guard on the Aqua Lung Sport Minke Dry snorkel prevents splashed water from entering the snorkel by diverting it away from the breathing tube. Water adheres to the inner portion of the snorkel top and routes it away from the breathing tube. 

The Pivot Dry and Dry Top Technology protects the breathing tube when submerged by effectively sealing it until resurfacing. The silicone on the Aqua Lung Sport Minke Snorkel is soft and comfortable on the mouth and the flex tube allows for a more personalized fit. The purge valve at the snorkel's base provides an almost effortless (in water) way to clear water that entered through the mouthpiece prior to use. The curvature of the of the breathing tube keeps the snorkel streamlined by reducing snorkel flutter which can interfere with the sealing factor of snorkeling masks.
